If I only knew where to get the ingredients. If you live in or near a large city, you might just love this. For me, I'd have to make a 5 hour drive just to (hopefully) find the ingredients. If I had tried any of these dishes before to know whether I like them, it just might be worth it. As it is though, I doubt I'll be making a single one, as they all seem to call for something exotic.,
